Dunkin'

I asked for a croissant sandwich they didn’t have it, asked for another sandwich they didn’t have it. So I chose to get hash browns and 2 bagel minis and the bagel minis aren’t even in the bag! I don’t have time to go back there to ask for a refund! I’ve been calling for like the past 20 minutes no answer!

This place is the worst. I will not come back here EVER!!!!! I waited at the speaker for 5 min and I had to address myself before someone said anything and I'm not exaggerating. I pulled up at 12:25pm and I'm still waiting for my sandwich that he had to ask me what I ordered. It is now 12:40 and no sandwich. They need to reevaluate this location. This isn't the first time this happened but it will be the last time. 12:42 and I just got my order. One last thing. I didn't get the donuts that was ordered online

This location is terrible. No matter whether you go inside or drive thru. The service is always slow. All the customers hear is. We are sorry. We have new employees. The employees are the same ones since the new Manager appeared in December. They can't make drinks correctly. They have not served French Cruller donuts since the new Manager took over. Is there any local corporate management who can fix this location..

There is a reason this pla e is at 3 1/2 stars. I waited on line which took forever. Got to the speaker. Girl tells me she can't hear me and to pull up. I pull up to the window and they tell me I need to get back on the line I just waited on to place an order. Very poor cust service. Manager comes over tells me I need to drive around. I said no I just waited it's my turn. Bottom line manager and staff could have helped me but didn't want to. Could have placed my order at the counter to take care of a customer. Manager is aweful. Wears this fake eyelashes. Where to you think you are in a club. NO you are at work and they look aweful. Who in the world owned this place obviously you don't spend time here

They only had one person doing the drive thru taking orders & making them. I sat in line over 15 minutes & it was hard to get out of line. Went to the drive thru vwindow & he said give me a few more minutes please. Nevermind. That place is too busy & no employees. It's a shame no one wants to work anymore.

i just moved back to belmont and i used to dread this dunkin. i don’t ever really leave reviews. ive now moved back and this dunkin has took a good turn. the boys in there are always gentlemen and usually fast it’s not often i come here and there is a long line. i order the same two coffees daily and they know it’s me cause my pink car lol. and they’re usually made the right way. they’ve turned it around. especially with each of the boys being young they have respect and manners.
