Dunkin'

Staff here are so rude. The manager is particularly rude and has Zero customer service skills. I went in with two children and asked for 6 munchkins. The manager literally refused and said I could get ten. I informed them I needed 6 not 10 not 5. He stated he could not do that for me. I am a paying customer and he refused what I ordered. I walked out. I was in there giving them a second chance because they were rude three months ago also. But there are much nicer much friendly locations near by. The staff could benefit from a custom service class. The manager could also. Never going back

I have not been in this Dunkin donuts in over three months. They are rude. The mask mandate is illegal and this staff will actually turn their back on you and refuse you service if you do not wear one. You can sit in line for 10 min and they will not say anything then you arrive to order and refuse service. They were rude before the masks and they continue to be worse. I drive all the way to Newton or Waltham for coffee.

TERRIBLE LOCATION TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Disclaimer: i live in waltham and went into this location in Belmont without a mask (no mask mandate in waltham). They refused to serve me unless i wore a mask. I said "fine but i don't have one give me a mask". Instead they avoided eye contact and mumbled they couldn't give me one. After a while of asking what they were saying (with them still just making coffees and ignoring me) a lady wearing a mask ordered my coffee for me. Come to find out later the mask she was wearing was one they had provided so i guess they decided they just didn't want to serve me that day. Needless to say, i will not be back to this location and i do not recommend you go either.
