Food and service were both excellent. For the main supper time hour it was pretty empty. Newer restaurants must be cutting in to their business but that hasn't changed the consistent quality you come to expect from franchise restaurants like this. Avoid the waites at other places and go here!

No special today. Enjoyed the atmosphere. Had a couple appetizers and dessert. Was celebrating my sister in laws birthday. Great white chocolate cheese cake!

Figured I would try something new.. so I ordered the Messy Fish Sandwich.. the first one was exactly like it's described.. an extremely tasty... tried 2 more times.. cause you know, when you find something you like.. you repeat it.. however.. the last 2 I ordered were not as advertised.. no tartar sauce..only thing that was edible on them was the fish.. the rest was.. well, it got tossed..

Service was great. Food was absolutely terrible, steak was totally over cooked and vegetables were mush, my son had chicken fingers the fingers were over done and the fries were soggy and terrible tasting. Husbands food wasn't bad he had ribs and chicken with baked potato. Was incredibly over priced too. Extremely disappointed we don't often get to belleville for dinner because husband works away. :(

Bf and I go to Kelsey's all the time and we love it. Their milkshakes are awesome and I always really enjoy the food, plus the staff are great :)

This place sucks ass tonight, 45 minutes for drinks to arrive, a hour and Freakin half for food, I ordered medium rare steak turned out meduim rubber steak. Never again. This place sucks ass for service and quality no tip for you Guido server, you didn't check on our party once b4 serving our meal
