I went through the drive through and the lady said order when ready. I started to look over the menu and she yelled in a very unpleasant voice ORDER WHEN READY! I told her I was still looking at the menu. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. Get to the window and they are all staining me down through the window. I waited a good 5 minutes and they finally came to the window and asked me to pull forward to wait on my chicken. I waited 10 minutes and ended up backing up to the window they were upset and I waited another 5 minutes for gross burnt and soggy chicken. How can it be dark and soggy? I could not eat this.

This was my favorite McDonald’s location for years when I lived in Belleville. Came to visit and stopped for dinner. This is now the place to go if you have time to waste and money to burn. We asked to have our fried changed because they were cold and had no salt on them. In return, after quite a wait, we received half full, cold and somehow still salt free fries. The filet o fish were requested without cheese, which was also too grand a request. Eventually after half an hour, we gave up and paid for a second meal at the Jimmy John’s across the street, wish we had just gone there to begin with. I hate to leave bad reviews but this location is so abysmal, I decided to sit down and try calling the manager, and then contacted the McDonald’s head quarters and took pictures to write this review. At the end of the day, McDonald’s while supposedly cheap is not free and this location was a waste of half an hour and $27.

This lovely burnt burger was part of my Double Quarter Pounder Meal and was not eaten. Also I was given drinks with sugar instead of diet soda. If someone in my family was a diabetic they would be in trouble. Terrible experience at Shiloh McDonald's, management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to leave the store.

Didn’t use the code I gave them, then said they couldn’t do anything about it after I cashed out. But before I paid for it I made sure and asked if they used my code, she stated she did. Then messed up 2 of the burgers, had no napkins, straws, had to ask 3 times for condiments no name tags on any of the employees I had noticed through the drive-thru.

It’s so sad that we can spend our hard earned money but cannot simply get a burger without hard stale buns at this location. This location has given us hard buns and dry burgers multiple times. Then when you ask for them fresh they just lie and give you the same thing. If we pay our money, why can’t we get at least half of what we’re expecting?? I’m making SURE I call corporate. This location has enough bad reviews and has done enough!
