I ordered on the Mobile app. The first time I went through the drive-thru they couldn't find it. The second time I had to wait 10 minutes for literally 2 customers in front of me. They gave me the wrong drink. So I went back and had to get my own drink. I shouldn't have had to get out of the car. The THIRD time I had to go back was because they forgot my sandwich. They had two other customers, not busy enough to make THIS many mistakes. Every single person at that store treated me like an annoyance every single time. The manager was rude and not once did a single person say they were sorry or acknowledge a mistake was made.
I manage a successful restaurant, and this was just an embarrassment to watch. The manager was being yelled at by team members about breaks instead of paying attention or oders. That manager has zero business being in charge of anything

Day before yesterday they forgot basket of fries. Went back for them and they acted confused! Today there were 2 long hair in my box of 20 nuggets. Of course I had accidentally eaten 1 choking me and causing me to puke up my fries! This location always seems to have something going on!

Had just sat in a competitors line for over 5 minutes without moving, so ended up here. Within 5 minutes 3 cars had given orders and moved forward. Much quicker. Food was hot and fresh.

went and they were out of multiple things. no biscuits and gravy, no breakfast burritos, no sweet tea & out of ketchup. the coke out of the soda dispenser even tasted gross. will not be returning,

Ordered 4 sausage egg McMuffins and all 4 were bread ONLY. NO sausage, no egg, and no cheese!! Stay away as this place obviously has management and employees 3 fries short of a happy meal.

The only time I EVER eat McD's is for their breakfast. Since they stopped doing all-day breakfast, I rarely ever buy it. But today I pulled up at 10:31 EXACTLY trying to order breakfast (which they are supposed to serve until 11) only to be told they stopped serving it at 10:30 & are now serving lunch 😐 who TF eats lunch at 10:30?? High schoolers with 1st period lunch? 😒 just make up your own rules ig 🤦🏻♀️
