Had to come home and finish cooking my $12 meal. Wouldn’t have had a problem waiting 3 more minutes for a fully cooked burger.

ABSOLUTE WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. If I could give them negative stars I would. The owner clearly does not care at all about the people it hires. I’ve given this place multiple chances because it’s closer then the Swansea location or the other Belleville location. From here on out I would rather die of starvation then even consider giving this place another dime.
The Staff is a complete disaster.I’ve never been treated with so much disrespect at a drive through. The run the show. No management period.

Sitting in the drive thru line and window for over 30 minutes, while they constantly argue about what they don't have. The cashier doesn't even acknowledge you, to let you know whats taking so long. This McDonald's really needs new management. Line wrapped to the other side of the parking lot.

If 0 stars was possible I'd do that. It is like talking to a child trying to deal with the workers. Just an overall stinker this place is. Horrible customer service, food is put together without a care in the world. McDonald's franchise should stop letting this place smear their name and pull the plug.

Instead of fast food it should be renamed as junk food, can't see much nutrition in it anymore and it definitely has a different taste! After eating healthy meals it just doesn't compare.

Whoever is in charge on march 12, at 9:45 pm needs to be fired. Forgot to put cheese on Sandwiches that they charge $1 a piece for just for the cheese. Person running the window just sitting on her phone not helping co workers. Another young kid with his pants down to his knees literally. Could see all of his underwear. All around very unprofessional and cost me money that I won’t get back because they won’t even answer the phone. This store is a complete disaster. Avoid this one at all costs!

Ordered 2 big macs basket of fries and a new chicken sandwich... the big macs that i paid nearly $5 a peice for were missing HALF of the ingredients including the second meat patty. What a joke

the store WAS NOT STAFFED....., had a employee use profanity at a customer. .extremely poor I say extremely poor .....management says . he does not care....this store location, sucks on the highest level I EVERY SEEN.....( Anywhere )...McDonald's should be ashamed of this location.....
