Applebee's

Had dinner with my mom and my 2 daughters (15 yr old & 22 month old) service was good, fast at getting us seated and our drink orders in. Drinks were very good, I got the perfect strawberry Margarita and my mom got a normal one, both were made well and tasted awesome. We all ordered the whiskey burger, however, they got our orders messed up. This was the first time we have ever had any issue with our food order and we have been coming to this Applebee's for 6+ yrs. I ordered my burger well done (no pink) without a bun, they did a lettus wrap and my order was correct. My mom ordered the same thing as me, however, she got my daughter's order, which was a normal whiskey burger, cooked with pink, bun but no onion. The manager came out to let us know it was not our severs fault as it was his mistake and took full responsibility. He did remove 1 of the burgers from our bill and offered to re-cook the burgers for my mom and daughter. We didn't have them do that as my mom and daughter just switched the burgers. We will return to this Applebee's as this was just a 1 time mistake. The bathrooms were clean and had handicap ♿️ access. I would recommend you eat at this Applebee's 😊

Fast fresh food with amazing service! Kids always love it and eat every bite. A family favorite for sure. Kids love the Mott sticks here the best. The wife and I love the buffalo boneless. Skillets are always my wife's go to as I'm a rib man myself!! And for you captain Morgan people out there, the pot of gold drink is amazing!! We regularly enjoy meals from the Batavia Applebee's. The food is always good. This review, I want to bring attention to how hard the server, Madeline was working the to go pick ups. She served each car with multiple trips to take pick up name, accept payment, retrieve food, deliver food, etc. Every car was greeted with a smile and a thank you. No time wasted, purely professional and friendly. Way to go! I certainly hope she is paid well! :D

Did not include our drinks when we ordered online. husband picked up order and asked all is here and was told yes. he brought home to us to find $12 for the two drinks was not there. ( yes he should of checked receipt he was handed) i called he told they did not get taken over from bar area. then asked if they can help with anything else. yes seeing i'm not driving 1d our round trip pick them up refund my card for the drinks. was told manger would call me and it has now been almost a week with no call! make sure you double check your receipts! lesson learned.

I got to be honest I was pretty disappointed unfortunately. My server was nice, but the food just wasn't it. I feel like Applebee's as a corporation has just been going downhill. More expensive (probs due to inflation a bit tbh), and lower quality food almost every time I go there no matter which one I go to. The only thing that was enjoyable about my meal was probs the mozzarella sticks and unfortunately the kitchen closed by the time I when to order the thing that I really went there for. A triple chocolate melt down. My three cheese chicken penne was just bad. Not aggressively mediocre or okay, just flat out bad.
