We had breakfast at the Denny's in Batavia, Illinois this morning and we got GREAT service and had a very good and enjoyable breakfast. Our waitress was the BOMB! I sure wish I could remember her name! She deserves a raise for sure!

All patrons are constantly looking into the kitchen. The only server is a new person and means well. He’s trying. I’ll just say it, the issue here at 0530 is the management. There should be another waiter helping and allowing the new waiter to shadow him/her. Been to better Denny’s locations that make you feel at home and this wasn’t it.

Great dinning experience! My gf and I ate here today and the service was impeccable! She ended up not liking her first meal choice, through no fault of the staff there. And the manager was quick to get her a replacement dish free of charge! Will be coming back forsure 👍

It was great! Our server, Elizabeth if I'm not mistaken, was absolutely wonderful! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to help us try something different. Overall I would go back and hope I get Elizabeth as a server again!

Our service was beyond slow! 40 mins for two burgers and breakfast platter and to top it off we were served raw meat!!! Sausage was still pink and cold! And all of our food was cold. Only 3 ppl in the whole restaurant.. wont be going back anymore

Was looking forward to eating at Denny's again. While my waitress Ana was very attentive. Food was cold. Sent it back and still came out mildly warm. I am thinking the cook needs to work on timing with his cooking. I will come back. I do like denny's as a whole.

Now I understand why this location was empty. The waitress was very rude and made a big deal about me doing the birthday slam . Me and my family sat at the table waiting for someone to come and take our drink orders but 3 women stood at the counter conversing until they realized I was watching them not give us service, so a woman came to us and said she was our waiter but unfriendly and rude so me and my family told her we will just go. This was the worst experience I've had at any dennys.
