Golden Tower Malatang

This MLT place offers a wide variety of ingredients to be paired with either the MLT and laksa soup base. I was really keen to try the laksa base but personally found it too sweet. However, my boyfriend really enjoyed the MLT base! Surprisingly, they also have other dishes like hainese chicken rice, which we will definitely have to come back and try!

I didn't ask for the price first. My mistake. After I got the food I ask the lady at the front for the price. She was annoyed. The receipt didn't show weight of my food. She got angry, raised her voice and scolded me for not checking beforehand. I apologize to her. Some of my food was miss (half fish tofu and tribe and some mushroom) maybe just a mistake from the cook? I see all these positive comments people make, so maybe it's just a one off mistake. I will be back, and hopefully my experience will be better next time, and I will change the rating then.

Went here to get takeaway for dinner tonight. The service was great and all the staff were wearing face masks for customer safety. The Ma la tang was delicious, the broth quite light and good flavour and I got to DIY all the sauces. Even after a 30 min drive home - the soup was still piping hot. Great value for money, would come back again.
