Chili cheese fries were ok, but the "burgers" were a definite pass. Gray meat and no flavor.

Normally I do not give negative experiences such low stars. But today I will give a couple of stars because this is the second time the bread was hard and stale. We ordered the chili cheese pups and Krystals with fries and a drink. The bread on some of the pups was not edible. This is unacceptable. I know they knew it was that hard because they have to physically pick them up and place them in the box! The Krystals were awesome. The pups were simply not good.
UPDATE::: (4/2/2022) WE WENT THERE TONIGHT AND THE SERVICE WAS QUICK AND ORDERING WAS EASY. THE FOOD WAS HOT AND TASTY AND THE FRIES WERE VERY TASTY AND HOT! WE ORDERED CHILI PUPS AND REGULAR KRYSTALS AND CHEESE KRYSTALS. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS. THEY WENT FROM AN F TO AN A PLUS! DEFINITELY WILL GO BACK!

Burgers were ok. The new fries suck and chili is apparently seasonal now. The company seems to be hell bent on putting itself out of business. When is the last time you’ve seen a line at one.

Takes a little time to get through the drive through, but the food always taste amazing at 11pm. Even makes me paint the toilet every now and then.

Good burgers. Rated 93 by health department. Just very slow service. Drive through only. No dine in at the time we passed through.

"24/7" usually just means opens whenever at this location. Stopped tonight and all lights were off, and homeless people were gathered at the drive thru window. Thought this location was under "new management"

Drive-true customer service was wonderful! We wanted our shakes a certain way, and she fixed our shakes the way we wanted :)
