Love the Arby's, but on this visit we received in a kids meal a roast beef slider with jalapenos on it! Thank God I checked it out before I gave it to my son! Employees very much need to triple check children's meals and parents as well. Other than the jalapenos, it was good.

Amazing service. They made the car in front of me wait 5 minutes with no answer before he drove off, allowing me to order faster. On top of that, even though I ordered only a large fry they gave me concierge service and had me wait for 15 minutes in the parking lot so that they could provide the extra value of walking it out to me.

Good food and they always have some great coupons in your mail. Dining room is open. They no longer offer senior drink prices

This isn’t usually the case with Arby’s but I went today (06/15/22) to the Barnett shoals road location and they were very rude over the microphone when I asked for a second to order and they got my drink wrong, forgot to give me a straw, the fries were cold and stale, and my sandwich was COVERED in lint and hair as if someone had rubbed it on their clothing or the floor before wrapping it up. So disappointed, wasted money and didn’t even get to eat it.

4-6-22 8:26pm.. I went to the barrett shoals location and ordered the number 5(chicken bacon swiss), once I got home I realized that the chicken was OLD.. tried to call the store and their phone isnt working😤😤. Very disappointed at this point, this is the second time that I gotten a bad piece of chicken from this location.

Love Arby's but went in last week ordered honey mustard wings and they gave me bbq instead...so I ate it anyway than my husband went in today and ordered me more honey mustard wings and again was gave bbq instead so I tried to call them to let them know that this is twice in a row they messed up my order but it keeps saying no one is available to take my call

Went to arby’s today! I usually go once a week sometimes two. This particular time, I ordered the usual. 2 Classic Roast Beefs, 1 crinkle fry and 1 4 piece nuggets!
The sandwiches barely had any roast beef and there were only 2 nuggets where I ordered a 4 piece!!
Usually everything is great, but today it was terrible! Had already gotten home or I would have returned for a FULL REFUND!! Don’t know if I will ever return here or not!!
