Subway

My partner and I stopped in here at 6:45 PM our first night here. The sandwiches were sloppily overstuffed making them impossible to eat and the bread on BOTH sandwiches were so stale they had hardened (we did not have them toasted). We've never had a negative experience at any Subway in the Nation, but we will definitely not return to this place on future visits to the area.

We had to wait for the lady to stop texting on her phone which she then set on counter where they prepare subs. Then as she was about to take sub out once toasted she used her gloved hands to pick up her phone & started texting again then proceeded to add other toppings to sub without changing her gloves. Also so busy talking to all her friends sitting in restaurant she got mad when asked for more dressing. Last time we were there she dud same thing & also said she didn't have time to fix the diet coke yet took 4 breaks while we ate & wouldn't refund my money for drink. Won't be going back there

worst subway EVER! Took forever with a trainee who wasn't being directed on anything. couldn't use the ice cream scoop properly for my tuna sub. which resulted in getting ripped off. took over 20 minutes for 3 basic subs. the women who was working with him felt it necessary to chat away and not help this person. whose fault is it? not the trainee.... plus they took an order over mine. why make me wait even longer then necessary for someone who walked in ten minutes after me. I became frustrated and displayed it only to be retaliated on with "he just started" nonsense from the woman who wouldn't help him. too bad I dealt with this afternoons staff to have to leave such a bad review
