Applebee's

We placed an order for pick up for 8:50 PM, when we arrived and called to let them know we were there, we were told they were out of ribs and can substitute for riblets. We were told at that time that we could have a free appetizer for the inconvenience since we had to wait for the riblets. We received a phone call about 5 minutes later to let us know the riblets were frozen and can no longer make riblets, we were ok with substituting with a burger, I asked the gentleman if our charge would be corrected since we paid originally for a full rack of ribs. He said he wasn’t sure? We got our meal brought to us by the general manager. I asked her if we would be charged accordingly due to the 10 dollar price between the burger and ribs. She said we were given a complimentary appetizer worth 10 dollars to make up the difference. I said no, that was given to us originally because nobody called us to tell us there were no ribs until we were there to pick up our food, and we had to wait another half an hour. Needless to say we paid for the full rack of ribs we didnt get, we also got home to discover we didnt even get our sides for two of our meals😭 We got soggy fries obviously cold because we waited so long, so these were supposed to make up the 10 dollar difference. I never write reviews but was very upset over paying for something we did not receive.

I’ve been to this location two times. The first was on New Years & ordered the fish and chips. Food tasted fine, but felt queasy after eating only a few bits. Starting that night I sick with food-poisoning like symptoms for 5 days consistently after eating. Came the second time last night and ordered a cheeseburger with fries. Had gotten sick with the same symptoms, like the first time. My friend who had the tenders and fries also had gotten sick last night. I’ve been a Apple Bees customer for many years and have eaten the same two dishes at other locations across Ohio and never had any issues, so I’m assuming something is wrong with the food quality at this location. However, our server Heather was fantastic and provided such wonderful service. She was very kind and pleasant to talk to. I don’t know if I’ll ever give this location a chance again but I wish her nothing but the best.

Food was good. They forgot one of our meals though. Also told us we were getting half priced appetizers and then charged us full price When asked about it the shift manager got very hateful about it. When I also brought up the fact that they forgot my daughter's meal she reluctantly gave us our half priced appetizer, and said that we won't get a discount again for it. Our server was great, shift manager was horrible. We won't go back after that.

Food was cold when we got it.husbands steak was tough and I had to ask for more spinach and artichoke dip.i oy had 1 tablespoon in my bowl.for what you pay you should get the right amount. Had to ask fot napkins refills and steak sauce so husband could eat his steak all the while food was getting colder.never again will we Eat there again. Ty

Please for the love of god do not eat here. This is the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. We thought the food was bad when we got it but didn’t realize just how bad it was. Out of the five of us who went to Applebee’s three of us ended up in the hospital with serious food poisoning. All five of us threw up at least three times. The food was so bad and undercooked that we each ate only 1/2 the meal at best, yet it still gave us the worst food poisoning possible. DO NOT GET THE MAC AND CHEESE. IT IS TOXIC. For our appetizer of chips and queso the chips were literally crumbs. We had to dump the crumbs in the queso and eat it with a spoon. Never in my life will any of set foot in another Applebee’s again.

If I could give this location ZERO stars I would have. I will not EVER come back to this location and I encourage you to steer clear of it as well! The potato looked like it had fallen on the ground as well. The chicken quesadilla was 99% cheese and I could count the tiny pieces of shredded chicken on 1 hand. This is DISGUSTING and unacceptable. I tried to call the location to speak with a manager when I got home, but they closed at 10pm. I am not eating ANY of this food as I do not know what these people have done to it. Food was good but service wasn't. Drinks were warm and served without straws and after asking took almost 5 mins to get some and by then the 2 ice cubes in our drinks had already melted and they were so warm we had to order new ones which also took what seemed like half our meal time. We did go around dinner time on a Sunday but wasn't that busy for as long as we had to wait to get seated when we were the only ones to getting our drinks reordered, to waiting on the food that was ok. It was ok all in all since the food wasn't awful. Probably wouldn't go back to this one again.
