Pizza Mine

One of the worst delivery experiences of my life. Called at 615pm for a delivery was told 50mins. At 745 received a call from a delivery driver that could not speak or understand English. After a few mins of trying to speak to the driver I called the main number. The person who answered the phone said they were closed and hung up. After calling back three times finally a employee told me that they had no idea where my house was( the same delivery driver made a delivery at the same address three days prior) and to hold on while she called the driver. She then began to swear and yell at the delivery driver then hung up on me. I called back and was told to walk to the end of my driveway and wait for the driver. I waited for ten minutes and no one even drove down the road. So now it's been two hours. I call the shop back and was told we can't find it and we're not making the delivery. I hope that no one ever has to deal with a situation like that just horrible.

Use to visit at least once a week for pizza. When its done right - it was good, but most of the time its hit or miss. Weekends were the worst - whoever worked the weekend shift messed up the pizzas. Sorry to say I have started to go elsewhere. Consistency is as important as quality if you are a frequent customer.

I've been going here regularly for years. I just had an absolutely dreadful interaction with a young man when placing my order - he was impatient and raised his voice when I asked him to repeat the order. I will never go back here. Its a shame because we practically raised our son on their pizza. One bad interaction can ruin years of loyalty.
