Pizza Hut

I use this Pizza Hut once a month. My order is always exactly as ordered, looks good, tastes good, and is hot. Staff is friendly, online ordering system works perfectly every time. If you order during a busy time, meal hours, holidays, longer delivery times are naturally expected. If they make a mistake with your order, call them! They will send out a corrected pizza or give you a free one!

Well, why would I give 5 stars to Pizza Hut if they messed up the order. First, I did not know it was messed up until getting back home 7 miles away and we started to eat the pizza. Here's how it went, The offer was on the front door of Pizza Hut. "Feed 2, One pizza with 1 topping, 8 chicken wings and bread sticks." I forget the price right now, ( $20.99 I think) When we started to enjoy, and I mean it was a very good pizza the kind that is fresh and taste like it was fresh. Not sitting around all day in some warming oven (Pizza,Pizza), you know what I mean. No this was fresh, but they forgot the topping of mushrooms. I look down and noticed the receipt on the kitchen table. On the bak it said "how did we do"? I looked things over and then realized they forgot the mushrooms. Well, I didn't fuss about it, didn't leave some bad review or anything like that. Instead I was out near them on the following day stopped in a was greated with "hello how can we help you today". What a pleasant greeting. I said well I have a complaint that I wanted to tell in person. Simply that the order did not include the mushrooms. The clerk was sorry this happened. Went to the computor and entered my cell phone and gave me $5.00 credit on my next purchase . That is how Pizza Hut gets 5 stars. They not only have fresh great tasting pizza and friendly staff, they have integrity and stand behind their products. Integrity If my review was helpful to you please give it a like.
