High quality, delicious food and drinks. Sometimes service is slow. The chairs are terribly uncomfortable. The floor seating is a nice touch.

The food was excellent and I really liked the atmosphere. You can sit at a regular table top or sit on the floor and eat at a coffee table.

Wonderful vegetarian recipes, teas and amazing hot chocolate. Bring your kids and on a sunny day sit outside while your kid does homework 😊

My favorite place to go anytime I’m in Asheville. The atmosphere is calming and cozy, there’s a vast selection of teas, and the menu is vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free friendly (and tastes excellent too!). Parking can be tricky, fyi.

I’m at a loss for words. Which, never happens.
We went here on our Asian themed date night.
Started at a couple restaurants and ended up at this lovely place for an evening of a great tea house experience.
The tea is made fresh and each tea comes with its own style pot and cup.
The staff had extensive knowledge of their teas and menu.
We didn’t get any food aside from the red bean mochi.
The place was organized, well run, and has officially become a must go spot on my list. (That’s saying a lot since I’m in the top 20% reviewer group on google)

I really enjoy visiting Dobrá in this location. There is an excellent balance of different types of seating available, so it is equally comfortable to come alone or as a bigger group. The cashew cheesecake option is always divine, and the Lavender cookie is enormous and flavorful. The menu is very approachable despite containing so much information, and you can order at the counter at your leisure, so no worrying if it takes a while to look everything over. The atmosphere is generally somewhat quieter, so it's a great spot to get some work done as well.

Step into the whimsical world of Dobra Tea West, a treasure trove of global tea varieties that turns an ordinary tea session into a UN meeting of flavors. Be prepared, their diverse menu might just have you performing an impromptu tea-drunk Macarena!
More tranquil than a library during finals, Dobra's cozy ambiance, cushioned chairs, and dim lighting provide a year-round Christmas comfort. As for food, their desserts will tantalize your senses and throw a party for your taste buds.
However, though, the atmosphere carries a whiff of tea elitism and the staff, while efficient, display more Downton Abbey austerity than Disneyland joviality. Nevertheless, if you can weather this, Dobra is a dream for any tea aficionado.

What a gem! The vibe of this place is one of a kind. The tea selection is insane. The girl at the register was super nice and helped pick out a tea. As someone who loves trying new tea’s this is the perfect place. This would be great for a solo traveler or even with a group of friends who enjoy tea and great atmospheres. The highlight of this place is the space to sit on the yoga bolsters in a group setting. Definitely a new Asheville Fav!

Dobra Tea presented us with an authentic tea experience right in the heart of Asheville! Their presentation was immaculate and made tea drinking (on the floor) feel like a real experience. The gluten-free and vegan soups, snacks and sandwiches were light yet refreshing. These people know their tea!!

Food and flavors were delicious -staff was kinda aloof (hostess was friendly enough) however with a 45 minute wait I waited 10-12 minutes for hostess to “finish her conversation” before being able to place order even after mentioning I needed to order as we paid for parking and with 45 minute wait were hungry. She made it clear she was going to finish her conversation by ignoring me pretty much and had to wait to order but that being said she did take her time with my questions on recommendations so I think it is part of the “company culture” and we had a wonderful experience afterwards as food was great. Desserts, food, teas were all top notch. I was especially impressed with the desserts being completely free from any cane sugar in any form and instead using dates and maple syrup like we do at home! Hubby is a vegan chef… Highly recommend if you’re not in a hurry and can overlook the above.
