Wendy's

Went they the drive thru and waited about half hour before I got to the speaker to order. Started to order then was told to wait because they had to finish the car at the window first. Waited another 5 min. Placed my order. Got the bags and hubby said to check them before we left. It was all wrong. When I told the person at the window he got mad. Gave me new burgers but one was still made wrong. I left since I know it would not be rectified. Now I remember why I don’t go there often but my girls wanted Wendy’s. I’ll think twice before going again.

Whoever had the intercom on 6/18/22 at Oneida st needs to be fired. I was legitimately barked a through the intercom. Then when I started to order the man had such an attitude and responded to each order as 'that sounds fun.' These people have no sense of responsibility, self respect or respect for the establishment for where they work. I will not be visiting any longer.

If I could give none I would. This is by far one the worst fast food places I've been to. I don't say this often or lightly but thier staff is incompetent and need a lot of lessons in customer service. Save yourself the messed up or just missing order and don't go here. Even the manager (if not "Especially") I work sort of near by and gave them more than plenty of opportunities to get a simple burger correct. Didn't happen.

I was at Wendy's tonight on Wisconsin Ave in Appleton. A couple of employees were very discruntaled. There was a woman complaining about upper management and yelling at the customers waiting in the drive thru. The floors were sticky. The food was ok, but not as good as it used to be I'm not sure if the manager was the man at the register or the woman that was yelling. It definitely wasn't a good environment for the rest of the employees. If I was working there I would be thinking seriously about quitting. At one point the woman stated that she was so sick of people. If she doesn't like people she's in the wrong line of work.

Why wouldn't you cancel a doordash order if you didn't have what we ordered?!?! You gave me something completely different without my knowledge when I specifically requested to not go with the restaurant's recommendations if you didn't have it. WORTHLESS, GARBAGE. Also, this place doesn't answer their phones, or picks up and then hangs up. Like I said, Garbage.

used to be a good location.. currently run by incompetent clowns. had them mess up my order a week ago by not giving me my sandwich and drink, no sour cream on my "sour cream and chives potato", and gave us white milk instead of chocolate milk for my kid's meal... stupid me didnt learn my lesson so i went again today, received some kind of triple patty concoction sandwich that was nowhere close to being the simple "Dave's Single" that i ordered, and medium and large drinks were swapped with each other... even overheard someone in the back complain about my order being too big for them... anyone who does decide to go here needs to check their bag(s) before driving off.. these guys are a good example of why people laugh at fast food workers demanding $15/hr 😂 we wont be going here again
