Subway

One of worst subway near the area. Employees seem to have no training or work ethics. (or adhd) 1st visit, gotten salt instead of pepper, waited hanging at the cashier until other employee called out the others to do their work. Gotten offered a cookie for their mistake. 2nd visit, two highschool employees chatting inside the kitchen. I waited 2 whole mins until they came out. I was only one in the store. I walked out when they came out and went to different subway location. 3rd visit, again I was the only customer and there was no sign of employees. I yelled hello twice until some came out a minute later. Employee got my dressing wrong, and gotten remade. Location is convenient but the lack of discipline from these employees are shockingly disappointing.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. We did a mobile order for pick up to take to a tball game. We had someone else pick up and bring it to us. Out of everything we ordered, there was ONE sandwich that was made correctly (even though none of the "special instructions" were followed). We were also missing 4 items. I called the store multiple times and no one ever picks up. I finally filled out a form on the subway website and got an email from the owner, Lawrence. He gave me a specific day and before a specific time that I could come in and they could fix it for me. This was a very inconvenient time. Before dinner, before we get off work, before my kids are done with extracurricular activities etc. I emailed back and said that that wouldn't work for us. I never got a response. I gave him 10 days to respond. Nothing. I emailed again hoping it was just missed and not ignored. Again, nothing. At this point I paid for multiple missing items AND for items that were totally incorrectly made and the owner is choosing to ignore me instead of fix it. Never going back to this location.

Worst subway I have been to. I walk in and the guy behind the counter said, “do you have an online order?” I said no and he goes “okay, well I have these other two orders so I can’t help you.” I said, “You want me to leave because I don’t have an online order?” He said yes and I walked out. Like lol what? You’re a fast food establishment. You can’t just let me wait while you take care of the customers before me? If I was the owner I would be so mad knowing my employees are turning away business (and rudely at that.)

I am a neighborhood customer and since this place has been established, I unfortunately have had too many unacceptable experiences with this location due to the lack of customer service and time. I was just there tonight went through the drive thru and the representative asked for my order. One foot long multi-grain, lettuce tomato and turkey and toasted, that's when the employee said I will be right back I am going to toast it, a minute later she proceeded with the toppings. Well,once I got to the payment window another lady asked me if they have taken my total, after all was done and said I got the sandwich without napkins or a receipt. I had to ask for one which was a duplicate. Ten minutes from where I live I opened the sandwich and it was not toasted. I don't understand why she had me wait for a minute and supposedly toasted the sandwich. I called and when I expressed my concern the lady on the phone said would you like to come back so we can toast it? seriously what is going on with customer service not even an apology and holding themselves accountable. Like I said unfortunately I have had other bad experiences and lousy customer service and I will not go there anymore.
