The worst experience I had at any fast food restaurant. I ordered online to pick up at 12:30 and bought $70 worth of food for Mother’s Day. I went there right at 12:30 and the food wasn’t ready. I waited a bit, and then I went up for them to tell me that the order was already sent out. Someone stole my food, and according to the manager, the person verified they were me somehow, showed the order number, and took off with the food. They were lying, as they weren’t even paying attention to who was grabbing other online orders when I came in. The manager absolutely refused to remake the food. She told me that the only way they would remake it was if I called customer service, got a refund, and then placed an order again to have them make the food. This was a place that was solely responsible for allowing someone to take my food without verification (when they claimed they did verify) but did not want to take any accountability or make things right. The manager was disrespectful, rude, and told me that she had other customers she had to help. She also walked off mid-conversation. Any other place would have made things right and remade food that they inadvertently gave to another customer. Absolutely disgusting experience, and I will never go to this KFC again. DO NOT GO HERE. Ruined Mother’s Day. An absolute joke of a manager.

We went to get a large bucket of Original Chicken with 4 sides. And 8 biscuits. We pulled up as they asked...we waited 20 minutes,then went back to the window. They were not busy, they asked us to pull forward again..which we did...because they said they had our meal nearly ready. 6 minutes later he brought out the bags. We asked if everything was in there, and we're assured that it was. We did not check it, we should have. After the long wait, we got home and found chicken, biscuits and mashed potatoes no gravy. No coleslaw either. Not happy campers at the house. We will not go to the Kentucky fried again.

For price I paid not the best food and service. I have had better service from same location in the past. not the friendly staff when picking up. No straw in bag or napkins. Its like the food was thrown together in bag. Didn't even get the whole order correct when ordering online. Always check bag to see if order is correct.

They're dealing with computer and online ordering issues. The app is apparently balky and crashes often. For my part, the website locked up, and instead of ordering at home and then taking care of some nearby errands, I had to submit my large order in person. Competently filled and properly cooked, no mistakes on ordering. It's KFC, man, it's a good example of one. I think in several years of patronage I've had maybe two mistakes on ordering. I wish they were open later, but I know that's not fair to them.

Well if you want to be called a liar when your order is not correct go here. I got home with my order $65.99, and a Mac and cheese was missing. Drove all the way back to the store, because I am so tired of my orders at places not being right. Lady told me she packed it correctly and did not know what I did with the item. I asked if she was calling me a liar, she said No but she knows she put everything in there and not sure what I did with it. I went to Popeyes and purchased the missing items so there was enough food for my family. I get home and my family said did you ask for no gravy, I said no. Well there is no gravy in the bag either. I will not be called a liar and I will not accept being told I did something with the food. I spent more in gas than the food why would I lie…every time we place an order something is missing

Worst experience in the drive thru. Tonight June 16th , manager had the ear phones on in the drive thru . No greeting , instead she started with what she didn't have and said we only have crispy with attitude. Lady you can keep your attitude I will never go there again!
