Arby's

I normally love arbys but the attitudes of the workers has just gone down hill. I understand that the pandemic really took a toll on them and that’s completely fine I can easily get over that. But I would like to have my order look at least similar to the advertised menu picture. I definitely didn’t ask for a side of cheese on this sandwich.this is what it looked like when I opened it.

Was really craving a chicken sandwich and stopped by Arby’s to give it a try. Drive thru service was fast and friendly and the sandwich was more than I expected. The portion of the salad in the sandwich was very good for the price. The bread they use was soft and perfect for the salad. I would like for the celery to be chopped in smaller pieces because they were kind of big bites. Other than that, I would definitely buy my pecan chicken sandwich from here again.

Cannot complete the simplest order correctly. Ordered a Reuben with meat on the side. A normal Reuben, just without the meat on it. 1st attempt, we got turkey on bread. Nothing else. 2nd attempt, husband went inside and explained to 2 different employees how to make a reuben without the meat. We got home with a piece of bread with sauce on it and cold cheese! I usually always check drive thru food before going home but figured with 2 employees working on it, it would be right!

Please help me understand how you have 3 gyro options, Greek, Roast Beef and Turkey. I have been ordering it for my husband for weeks now. But tonight, I am told there are only 2 options. Rather crass, no explantion. My husband said, I have been here many times and got the greek gyro. Yet the guy behind the counter could have said, we are out of the "greek meat", but he chose to be a robot, look over the top of us and acted like we were crazy for requesting the "Greek" Gyro, clearly on the menu. I love this Arby's. There is generally no issues here. But this is highly unsual and if there was a menu change, or out of stock, couldn't that have been said? We are sorry, we only have these 2 types of meat. What is wrong with just being truthful? I am not trying to split hairs and this Arby's will not lose my business, but for this trip, they deserve one star for customer service.
