Food was good service could have been better. I asked for a bacon deluxe burger and all I got was just the deluxe, no bacon. She never repeated our order back to us and I didn't get to see the receipt until the food arrived so I wasn't aware that she didn't put in the right burger.

We love their food and visit almost once a week. Because of COVID we have used the drive-thru for the last 2 1/2 years. The problem is that they frequently get our order wrong. Today they brought us out a concrete mixer with nothing in it, but thankfully we caught the mistake and they fixed it. On the other hand, the grilled chicken sandwich was supposed to have swiss on it but we didn't know until we got home that they forgot that. Both of these were correct on the receipt. We were charged for the cheese but didn't receive it. Perhaps next time we'll have the delivery person wait at the car until we check everything we ordered, including opening up all sandwiches.

I had a craving for cheese curds and a burger. The deep fried curds were just okay (not as good as the local DQ!), and the burger was a disappointment--tasteless except for the fried onions. But the good thing was at least the upcharge for having cheese curds instead of fries was reasonable (like the difference in the price of the products individually, which DQ does not do--they almost charge full price), and the workers were friendly.

They got our order right an were very friendly giving us our food. The guy who gave us our food was a sincere an grateful coworker an very friendly attitude. We were visiting one of our family members special day an was on our way home from that. Plenty of seating.

The evening crew has been the worst lately. Customer service and food quality wise. Today they undercooked the burgers and didn't get our order right. This should be fixed.

I am sitting here at this very moment the bathrooms are nasty. If I have seen how nasty they were I would not have ordered any food but it's already paid for ☹️
