Culver's

We love their food and visit almost once a week. Because of COVID we have used the drive-thru for the last 2 1/2 years. The problem is that they frequently get our order wrong. Today they brought us out a concrete mixer with nothing in it, but thankfully we caught the mistake and they fixed it. On the other hand, the grilled chicken sandwich was supposed to have swiss on it but we didn't know until we got home that they forgot that. Both of these were correct on the receipt. We were charged for the cheese but didn't receive it. Perhaps next time we'll have the delivery person wait at the car until we check everything we ordered, including opening up all sandwiches.

I had a craving for cheese curds and a burger. The deep fried curds were just okay (not as good as the local DQ!), and the burger was a disappointment--tasteless except for the fried onions. But the good thing was at least the upcharge for having cheese curds instead of fries was reasonable (like the difference in the price of the products individually, which DQ does not do--they almost charge full price), and the workers were friendly.
