Absolutely the worst Taco Bell ever Willard Ohio the wait was forever food was cold the picture shows how they wrap my gordita horrible Cheesy Gordita wasn't cheesy paid $0.70 for extra sour cream on my Crunchwrap didn't even get sour cream at all absolutely horrible service will never go back there again.

Why is this Taco bell open? Worst taco bell in the history of taco bells!!! This taco bell needs help and it needs a good general manager and good supervisor because every single time I’ve placed an order the amount of food they serve is ridiculous. I come from florida and I myself worked at tacobell before and if we ever served people the way this location serves people we would have been out of business. For the sake of the people in this town that don’t know any better, please make changes to this tacobell upgrade the team and the leaders!!!!

Messed up everytime the last 4 times I have been to this place. One time at 9pm menu wasn't lit up and they said they didn't know how to turn it on because they were from a different store. So tried it again last night and paid 11.18 for a chlupa combo meal and they only had one in the bag when I got home. Charged for a large drink that I didn't order it was a small. And pop is always nasty taste like soda water not enough syrup. Price seems a bit high. And when I called two times last night no one answered the phone. Talked to someone this evening but at this rate I don't even want it. Use to be my favorite place.
