Subway

Noone at front counter, only 3 people in line. Took 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches, the guy was just walking along. Customer service absolutely horrible, no bag when sandwiches were done just a "here you go". Barely put any condiments on the sandwich even after asking for extra to make it look like there was a sandwich. Didn't even cut our sandwiches either.

I'm giving specifically the man working today at noon 5 stars, but I'm taking one star way from the establishment because they are not appropriately staffed. This poor man was working alone during a lunch rush hour. More and more customers were coming in and he was the only one working. He was continuously calling his management over the phone for help. He did a great job and the restaurant was clean. I will only be back because of this man and his wonderful customer service. Unfortunately I did not get his name.

This location does NOT deserve 1 star. The employee was either high or intoxicated. We had to repeat/explain several times our order. Did not know what yellow mustard or ranch vs mayo was!! In conversation he made a anti American slur. Bathrooms were filthy. Had to look for a clean table. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY.

Ordered food via app an hour before pickup. Went to store and the shelf for food ordered ahead of time was empty. Stood in line and waited 5-10 minutes for customers to clear out of line. Asked where my order was and the sole worker was holding it behind the counter for no apparent reason. Drinks were missing from the order (they were out of stock) but the order was well made. Really wish Subway owners understood that customers who order ahead of time don't want to wait 5-10 minutes once we arrive for the order. Customers have thought enough to order ahead of time and may have pressing engagements elsewhere. Wont' be returning to this particular Subway.

The person taking our order was so out of it. Looked like he was high on something pretty serious. He kept forgetting what we were ordering. Nothing behind the counter was stocked, he even went to the back when I asked for peppers and grabbed a handful and cake back to the front. the entire dining room was dirty, zero tables cleaned, floors unswept...we were the only people in the place. He kept staring at us super weird and barely put any toppings on our sandwiches. Nervous to even take a bite.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The guy didn’t even know how to make the sandwich I was asking for. I had to walk him through it myself. My girlfriend wanted a BLT and he started by putting uncooked bacon on the bread. We then decided to go with just 1 sandwich and he heckled us about purchasing another. Definitely would NOT recommend this subway.
