Dunkin'

Why are your employees not including tax in the price they’re telling customers their total is? A male employee with a scarf working the drive through today told me my total was $9.22. I handed him $10.02 and he proceeded to hand me back $.78… I told him he gave me the wrong change and he kept insisting the change was correct and it was less because of tax. Why are you employees not saying the correct price. A child could figure this math out

1 is being overly generous. This placed has been closed many times during posted on door and online hours. Holidays are not what I'm referring to. Out of munchkins or specialty doughnuts regularly. I don't bother with iced coffee from anywhere other tha Starbucks, so I'm not going to leave a review for something I don't believe to be up to my standards to even bother tasting.

I probably drive thru daily either after dropping kids off in the morning or else in the afternoon before work. The Sturtevant location seems to have a problem keeping staff and usually just 1 person working so you will usually have to wait if there's any other cars, 50/50 chance your order will be correct and out of advertised menu items a lot of the time. I used to go to Starbucks all the time but switched to dunkin because it was cheaper but doesn't seem that way anymore. My experience was better when the previous staff members Reina and Michelle were there. They really took care of the customers. This location owner really needs to make improvements to bring business back.

The store looks new, and is very clean. The food always tastes very good, and the donuts are always fresh. The only downside is that customer service is pretty slow. It takes a while to get service when you go inside, and once you get an employee to notice you, it takes even longer to get your order. Update: This store has definitely changed for the worse. They are always out of cold brew, we're once out of cream for coffee-at 9am- can't afford to fix their ovens or don't care, and can't get simple orders right. When brought up excuses are given like "I just started my shift". I don't want to hear a lame excuse, a simple "I'm sorry about that" would suffice.

This has got to be the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever gone to. Ordered a simple bag of bacon, hashbrowns and a coffee. The coffee was the only thing that was okay. The bacon was burned and had some odd residue on it. I assumed it was brown sugar that wasn't melted, definitely not.. and i didn't even get the hashbrowns I ordered... so disappointed. All I was looking for was a small pick me up to improve my day. So thanks for the coffee I guess.
