Wow - I loved this Dunkin' near my hotel. The workers were super friendly and efficiently. I popped in here a couple of times. The store was always clean & my iced coffee was delicious !

The sign has a big ad for a $2 ice coffee and the girl at the register couldn't figure out how to do it, so she charges for the non sale price. I even said I want the$2 ice coffee like the one on the sign. The manager had to explain how to do it. This took a good five minutes. Anyhow it was decent ice coffee. I was giong to get some doughnuts too but no prices to be seen so I left.

They never have long John's the long donut with sweet inside. Yum And besides if you don't know what kind of donut you want what good is a drive-through gonna do

This is a Great location with nice people. I usually give this location 5 stars, BUT Today we tried the New Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich. As you can see from the photo, 2 Sourdough Egg, Sausage and Cheese Sandwiches were ordered online. It is a very busy location and they are doing their Best to Follow COVID Free Dine-in and Carryout. They do Not have a drive thru at this location. San Marco, St Augustine. So you pick your food up from a holding tray. Unfortunately, today they did Not pay attention to the order. I was given 2 Sourdough Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwiches. The Sandwich had an unusual flavor. I will Not order this sandwich again. I MIGHT Give them one more Opportunity to get the Order Right. I will decide the next time I visit St. Augustine. Meanwhile, I will continue to Enjoy my Favorite Frozen Drink.😋 Have a Great Day! Thank You for taking Your time to read my review.😊

Stopped by at the one on 207 just pass 95 and the girl who gave me the order yelled at me and there were only two people in the place. The kid who took the order didn't even get the tea I ordered. Another lady said she had the same problem

Machine was broken for hot drinks - sausage and egg sandwich was ok. Donuts are fresh & good. Came to this location because the machine is always broken at Palencia location. “Dunkin it’s time to purchase new coffee machines”.

Unfortunately we attended this establishment which had one customer. They asked for a bag and the female attendant rolled her eyes. When it came to my wife and my turn next she was very uncooperative in even telling us basic information once again making us feel like we were disturbing her simply by simply being there..There was no one behind us there was no line so it should not have been an issue to her. She made a point of allowing us to hear her say "I can't do this " therI said I was sorry but that seemed to make things worse. We were not familiar and had to ask some questions about different products which agitated her so even my wife was upset at this point and I said well if it's too much bother for you we can go and she said fine or something similar and made no effort to rectify the situation at all. we left. Probably a good establishment that needs monitoring on employees.
