I love Panera and this location adds to that love tremendously. Whether you're dining in picking up or having a delivery, your order ought to be made to your specifications and I can nearly guarantee satisfaction every time. I myself have not been let down yet. Management and staff add to the experience even in as much as they carry on their jobs dutifully.

I used to love Panera but now everything I order there includes brown rotten lettuce. This photo was taken today after I ordered a breakfast wrap. I may just have to give up on them or ask for no lettuce on anything that I order.

Order bowls got cups, asked for extra bread. Didn't get it. Dont know if they didn't listen or made it wrong! Will make them read back the order from now on. Also did not ask for membership number, so no credit for my purchase.

WORSE for my day! Myself is deaf man! I ordered for a Spinach & Artichoke Souffle, then I received one was quickly, and ran into the car with my boss way to work, but realize wrong one was Bacon Spinach Souffle not Spinach & Artichoke Souffle, then turn back to Panera Bread and request for change one, then they didn't remember what my request for change for more than 30 min I was stuck stand in there, and I saw other employment ignore me and give other customer that Spinach & Artichoke Souffle who should give me first, but gave other people for 3 to 5 times, then I asked them "them do remember me?" but they forgot and I was rebuke them get pay attention on me! They realize what them had done with me; which them did noticed me stand front them but not do something just ignore me or forgot me. They need pay attentions as well! I just saying this is no good for labor people go there for work. it's good for non-labor day. I rather go to gas station instead go there.

Staff is always friendly and food has been consistent through my visits. I find ordering on the kiosk is much quicker and you can sign up for txt alerts when your food is ready!

Nowhere near the quality of food I've enjoyed at other #PaneraBread stores. I'm going to give this location one more visit, before deciding to write them off entirely... which would be a loss bc I truly enjoyed going to PaneraBread locations quite often in other cities.

5/3/22: Seriously don’t understand why this location can’t get bagel order right. I ordered a blueberry and cinnamon swirl bagel unsliced and un toasted. Got to sliced bagels one of them was toasted. And the cinnamon swirl was a cinnamon crunch. 724832025.
Separate visit: Please remind staff to read instructions for bagels. I order them unsliced so they will keep until the next day. Just had to throw away my breakfast for today because I didn’t realize y’all had sliced and toasted it.
Separate visit: A manager (I believe Jennifer) fixed an error with my order this morning (622315803). She was the picture of a good manager, immediately apologizing and asking what she could do to make it right. Thank you for saving breakfast!! Replacements came promptly and were still warm. Thank you!

Got food poisoning after eating a turkey sandwich. Just deleted the app and i will never step inside a Panera bread. Who knows if it was the turkey or the lettuce.
