Dunkin'

Traveling thru NJ and stopped for breakfast and a video call. I was happy to find the lobby was open for dine in and clean. Free Wi-Fi was fast enough for a flawless video call. The Salted Caramel Iced Signature Latte was really great! The sausage egg and cheese croissant was perfectly hot and fresh too. 🥰

Been bringing my family here for years now. It’s so nice and quiet here when I visit. Nice selection of pastries and bagels. The ice cream selection has a wide variety. Tea/Coffee is always made just the way you like it. Staff sometimes gets busy with drive thru orders but the wait doesn’t bother me too much. The chairs could be more comfortable but overall this is the perfect place to study or just have a quiet morning coffee.

I frequent this Dunkin Donuts all the time considering it’s on my way to work. Today one of the staff at the drive there was particularly rude from the moment she took my order to the moment she handed me my things, every time I said thank you not even a no problem or you’re welcome. I understand people can have bad days but there is no reason to be rude to a customer who is being more than polite and is a frequent customer.

I go here regularly because I work around the corner. Worst dunkin I've ever been to in my entire life. With nobody in front of me in line I usually have to wait 10-15 minutes just to place an order. I always get cold soggy hash browns that fall apart when I pick them up. I ask for new ones they get upset and then proceed to give me more cold soggy hash browns. This establishment is an embarrassment to all dunkins everywhere and desperately needs new management and better employees. I wish I could rate them a zero.
