Bagel Buffet

We love this place! What's there not to love? Fresh, delicious bagels, friendly prompt service, so much goodness in one location. It's all good! They have bagels, cream cheeses, sandwiches (paninis, and any other kind), entrees, desserts, chips, beverages galore, pretty much anything and everything a bagel or delicatessen would have. Perfect location, plenty of parking, in a shopping plaza with choice other businesses. One of the best places around for cuisine and chilling, as there is plenty of seating as well! Good go to and regular spot for us. ; )

I’m so tired of this place. Been a long time resident. This place always has the best bagels. Already a pricey menu. But my real gripe here are the portions. Because if you want a sandwich here you need to ask for triple portions, then pay an arm and a leg. But it’s the only way to enjoy it. Otherwise you’ll have 95% bread, and then the eggs/meat/cheese combine for the rest of the 5%. Just terrible business especially when they know people are annoyed at this. Nobody else in NJ sells a sandwich remotely close to these meager portions. Need a magnifying glass to see what’s inside. Also we happen to see this guy outside with a sign. I applaud him!! He must be annoyed too.

Unfortunately the staff gets so overwhelmed and doesn’t listen to details when people order. Many times my order comes out wrong. In addition they are SO EXPENSIVE. Definitely overcharge to the point it seems like they are crooks. $7/$8 for a bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel. Don’t get me wrong, the food is great but the service and prices are not. Best advice, try J&V hot bagels and deli at the North end. Those folks listen, are fabulous and reasonable l!

I haven’t been to this place in a while although they were good back then. I was asked what I wanted, I ordered a ham and cheese omelette platter. When I arrived and luckily I stood there to eat or would’ve been disappointed opening this at home. Guess what was missing in the ham and cheese omelette platter? Ham and cheese both were missing. 😐 I went to the order taker and advised them of this. I clearly opened the omelette in front of them to show them there was no gooey cheese or ham pieces. What really baffled me, they did not bother to remake the order. They put 2 cold slices of processed American cheese and cold ham pieces into the hot omelette(which was now cold) This was certainly a horrible experience overall. A very poor choice of coffee for a breakfast spot as well. The cashier young girl was nice at the very least.

Overall I honestly was a bit disappointed with the service I received. This place isn't wheelchair accessible at all. IT shares a parking lot with the CVS and a bunch of other stores .The Handicap spots are very limited. The food was good . The prices are extremely overpriced. The Restrooms are Gender neutral. Do I recommend this place ? How does a person enter if their only means to get around is with a wheelchair? They did inform me that they do deliver with a twenty dollar minimum fee.

Horrible experience. Ordered a grilled chicken ceasar salad from their website for pickup, because I'm all for cutting cost by automating tasks to computer. Online price for sale with celery is $12.50, order failed to go through so I called my order only to be charged a dollar more for same exact order! Manager lady refused to admit their mistake and did not rectify. The customer is not valued here be aware!
