Starbucks

You know what is disappointing? When someone doesn't make you $6-8 coffee beverage to perfection all the time aka everytime. That is why I come here, because I can always count on my drink being made to perfection. This is hands down the best Starbucks near me, without a doubt. You can tell that the staff truly works hard to make sure every customer leaves happy. Thanks Starbucks, Corry 😉

For about 6 years their speaker box has not displayed your order resulting in numerous times repeating yourself or finding when you get to the drive up window what's what. Now the screen box is gross---was blank until this summer when it looks like something is growing inside the box --like white mold!!!! It's finally got to me! When placing your order for drink/food it looks disgusting. Considering the price increase over these few years I would think a repair or replacement could be made by now.

Just left, went inside put a order in for 1 grande drink.. sat for 30 mins waiting for my drink with only 3 ppl ahead of me and others that came in after me got their order with about 7ppl behind the counter working including a manager… once she sees me (manager)approaching the counter she start walking away fast..the manager assured that the 3ppl ahead of me got their order .. I feel somewhat discriminated against.

Busy in the mornings and long line in the drive thru. I ordered and they realized they were out of both of the items I ordered so I cancelled one item and they quickly made something else for my son. Nice person at the window, friendly service! Update - they are still my favorite local Starbucks, friendly service and consistently great coffee drinks - this is my favorite local Starbucks.

Starbucks is starbucks. All Starbucks, including this one, have great service in my opinion. Taking off one star from the review because of the two following things: 1) it is almost impossible to carry on a conversation with someone or to sit down and do any focused work at this Starbucks location. Almost every single time I have gone, they have loud disco music playing. Not sure how loud, and I mean LOUD like a nightclub almost, disco music goes along with the Starbucks vibe but maybe I'm missing something. 2) their prices have consistently gotten more and more unreasonable over the years. Don't get me wrong, their product is great, but still a small black coffee for $3.50 doesn't make sense to me. And that's the cheapest beverage there. The most expensive can be about $10 or more. Once again, maybe I'm missing something but it just doesn't sound reasonable to me.

Every other location I visit is on time with mobile orders. This location is always so behind without apology or recognition of lack of service. I Would recommend visiting any other location except for this one in the area. Wait over 20 mins for 3 drinks! Management must have had a serious change sad to see service decline.
