Subs made as ordered and with fresh ingredients, I can ask for no more. Staff were friendly and processed order in a reasonable time. Store and restrooms clean. Soda machine was flat though.

Usally always good when we get to go. Haven't been in a while. They seemed short handed like most places these days. Got a sub to go, had to travel with it so I wanted it a certain way. It was not made right. Was not given enough sauce for the sandwich. This will have to be something we only eat there, not travel with. Got the new garlic bread too. It was chewy and not very good. But at least I tried it.

Picked up an order to go for my family on the way home. The sandwiches were ready to go when I arrived, and they were all exactly how we ordered them. The staff was very friendly as well. Great Job!

The staff is depressing, kinda sucks being a first responder and seeing the staff of a first responder restaurant make you feel depressed..they argue and complain and make you feel bad if you come in an hour before you close. Foods great..but the staff could use knew faces.

This used to be a staple for me, but this location is going down hill quick. No usual greeting, "welcome to firehouse subs!". I was there well after the lunch crowd. The tables were sticky and none were clean. The whole place seemed dingy. The workers looked miserable. My pickle spear was old and soggy. Super sad to see this go down hill. I hope they can turn it around!

We ordered two Italian sandwiches and both were soaking wet. One had red sauce that we didn't even order. They were both terribly made!! There wasn't any lettuce and we paid for sauteed onions which were not included. We will never order from this place again. Way too expensive for such poorly made food.
