One pickle. I guess I'm the person who keeps giving you one last chance so im getting what I deserve. Nice quality control. You really just don't care, do you? No excuses about lack of employees. I can name you ten places within a 2 mile radius with phenomenal food and service. This is nothing but ownership and managers just not caring.

Had the 3 piece dark with mashed potatoes, Cole slaw, and Mac n cheese. Added a chicken sandwich. Everything was awesome and the line moved through fast. 100% great experience!

No chicken at 5pm on a friday. What kind of laundering front is this? Waited an hour in line to find out they don't even have food. gas is $4. "manager" refused to honor advertisement in their own window. says they're privately owned. wouldn't be caught running my investment like this.

You guys rock!!!!! This location was extremely short handed tonight. The line was very long, but it was worth it!! The food was excellent and the service was amazing!!! Thank you to you both that were willing to stick it out and take care of each and every customer. It's not an easy job, but from someone who also works in this field, WAY TO GO!!!!

Staff look and act miserable. I bought a famous bowl today and it had no gravy on it and the chicken was kinda hard and chewy. And probably the only place left in ofallon using covid as an excuse not to open its dining room.

The whole order was messed up.Ticket #1522 on 5/6/22 at the O’Fallon MO We did not receive the corn that was ordered. Had a coupon for a free sandwich and did not receive it. Both these items were listed on the receipt but were not in the order. Will not go to restaurant again but go instead to one of your competitors. Bonnie

Food was real good. And for cook to order was pretty quick. Didn't care for window server talking to others behind her while serving me as it confused me thinking she was talking to me.

This KFC in ofallon, mo. messed up our order. Shorted us an 8 piece to 5. I called and explained the problem. They said they would do nothing and he hung up on me.
I called back and asked for the manager. Explained the problem She said unless I bring the chicken back that they would do nothing. Said have a great day and hung up too.
Some customer service there...
We will not get kfc again.
