First time actually got ice cream sundae with Samantha for her birthday. Employees were very happy and nice the store was out of spoons so we used forks that was fine but several tables were dirty that could of been cleaned since they were not busy inside. But all in all very good and will return.

I usually let it pass the first time. However, I’ve been disappointed a few times from this location. Just recently ordered an iced caramel cappuccino and received milk with caramel flavor. It was my first time getting a cappuccino so I thought maybe it was just a lot of cream, but there was no coffee flavor whatsoever. Sorry but I paid for coffee, this was disappointing.

I visited Dunkin' because I was really craving a bagel. Unfortunately they were out of bagels so I can't give them a 5 star review. I ended up ordering the avocado toast. It wasn't great, and didn't taste fresh. I was definitely disappointed.

Went there yesterday before work 3-18-22 at around 6:50 am . I ordered a dozen glazed donuts to take into work . Got there opened them and they were definitely NOT fresh they were clearly old . Tasted horrible and i paid $14 for them …. Never again will I Come here you would think if you pay $14 for 12 donuts they would be fresh ….. !!

Very disappointed in this trip to Dunkin’ Donuts. There were no customers except us in the building… and it took over 5 minutes for any employee to even say a word to us. Our donuts were thrown in a bag upside down, and majority of the icing rubbed off. I will not be back to Dunkin’ Donuts.

That staff that they do have is always friendly. On my last visit I ordered 2 for $2 which was an egg and cheese wrap and 2 orders of hash browns and the new mocha macchiato frozen, get to the window and the young lady repeats the price and gives me my food and say that’s for coming have a great day. I leave and get half way down the street before I realize they forgot to give me my drink. I return back to the drive-through and the young lady asked me how can she help me and I explain to her that I literally just ordered and they forgot to give me my drink she didn’t believe me because they didn’t give me a receipt so she proceeds to say “I believe you what was it that you ordered” I let her know what I ordered and it still wasn’t right. And that point I just left it what is was especially due to them being short staffed.

Iced drinks here are decent. Donuts are good here. I do not recommend hot drinks here. They tend to always mess them up for some reason. Staff seems confused here, they have mixed our order up multiple times. Normal Fast Food Friendliness.

God Bless the poor ladies that work here and pray that their curse be lifted. Every time I come here everything is simply wrong, and this past time is the last straw. My peppermint mocha coffee was so strong it burned my mouth and I had to throw it away. And my sweet little nephew's hot cocoa was more like hot water with chocolate syrup. Mess up my drink, fine, but my poor nephew shouldn't have to suffer with me.
EDIT: Went here again to try my luck. Only God knows why. It was just as bad as the last time and I am inconsolable. After finally perfecting the perfect latte, I was forced to change half of my ingredients and ruined everything I had worked so hard for. And then, the chocolate water strikes again. How hard is it to make hot chocolate? And why must my nephew suffer not once but TWICE!?
