B. Good

Simply put, their burger is no better than McDonald’s but 3X McDonald’s price. It’s more expensive than Shake Shack, but food quality is miles away from it (small, salty, bun is stiff). Big disappointment. Honestly, I don’t know how the owner dare put such price tags on their food, if he has ever tasted it himself.

I hate to be the negative one in these reviews. I'm really not a difficult customer. But things are expensive and I work hard for my money. I literally ordered my food, stood by one of the tables, watched an employee come in to start her shift... Then proceed to walk behind the counter, clock in, put on gloves and start touching my food. B#@& do you not plan on washing your hands?!? To make it worse, the manager seemed annoyed when I mentioned it and asked for my food to be remade. Sorry, but I am not trying to get sick because your employees can't follow simple food safety regulations. Lucky I didn't call the board of health. Because if I saw that one time, then clearly it's a pattern there. Manager definitely doesn't pay attention. Go check out my YouTube channel. I'm not much for healthy eating, so take my review with (or in this case without) a grain of salt. The burger, mac and cheese, root beer, and shake were all excellent. The fries were underwhelming, though my wife seemed to like them. Service was fairly slow, my wife's bowl was incorrect, and they were out of apple sauce for my son's meal. Next time I would definitely bring my own ketchup as it obviously had no additives for taste. Prices were also higher than I would like based on the amount of food you get. We will probably go again.

Almost Worthy Food Appearance - Outstanding Food Taste - Good to very good Atmosphere - Less than I hoped Cleanliness - Acceptable+ Staff: Knowledgeable, friendly, but screwed up my order twice. I had a Powerplay burger with a side of eggplant meatballs. Honestly, I'd go back just for those meatballs. So good. Who knew! In general, I was not moved by experience at B.Good. Some aspects were five star, but not the complete package...yet? I plan to try again, and hope (but do not expect) better results.

Went there today, every table was dirty and customer service was terrible. No welcome or smile from the girl taking order. I waited for 20 min before I finally checked on my food(my friends were almost done eating by that time and I ordered first) they couldn’t find my order at first and then when they did, there was no apology, they just slowly started working on it. Another gentleman next to me said he had been waiting for his sweet potato fries for 50 minutes....and it wasn’t even busy!! Will never go here again! And I never write reviews anywhere.

The Place is very clean, just like the food. I absolutely l-o-v-e-d the eggplant meatballs! They actually had the same texture and taste of meat meatballs. I was recommended this crazy shake by one of their employees Julianna and despite my doubts (due to the odd list of ingredients) it was soo tasty! My boyfriend had a burger and he was impressed by the clean, non-greasy taste of it. You gots to give this place a try!

The beef burgers were good albeit small (less than a 1/4 lb). The french fries were cold, the ketchup is not good, the sodas are very sweet, the mustard, though it tasted good, is spicy brown. The chicken in the chicken Caesar wrap was tough, and the egg on my burger was over easy and covered me in egg yolk (the egg should have been cooked either over medium or over hard).
