Panera Bread

The lemon drop cookie I had here was a little crispier and less soft than the same cookie at other Paneras I've visited, but otherwise the food was same good quality as other Paneras (and the cookie was still good, just not the melty heaven that I expect from the lemon drop). Didn't interact much with the staff but our food was ready quickly.

If I could give it a zero I would. Way overpriced grilled cheese sandwich cost me almost $8. They scam the customer at the drive-thru with their marketing ploy. Pick 2 and gives some selections.. what's the difference between pick 2 or pick 20 the price is Per item. Which are totally overpriced. I ordered a half sandwich that I have odered multiple times b 4. This time the bread was over-salted it tasted like I was drinking salt from a can.. Totally unediable . A $8 waste . Customer Service sucks. No integrity. 😡😡🤬

They are disgusting they stare you down and one or two employees show hate and accuse you for no reason they have hate no sign of respect for people who wear hoodies,bags.etc they treat people who are different and also some of the employers have no respect towards Costumers and they give attitude for no reason!! Dont go there they always come up with lame reasons to scare you, they profiled me criminally without a good cause!!! Stay away!!!!! They do not have good customer service!! Go to worcester!! Oh and one more thing!!!! Too pricey!!! Ridiculous! Just found out the store owner likes to start issues so again dont go!
