Since I was a little girl going to Bask in-Robbins, known to me as 31 Flavors was my all time favorite thing to do. It was a very special treat! The flavors have gotten more fun, their cones have gotten fancier but one thing that hasn't changed...their quality! You get a smile and a kind welcome Every time you walk in. If you aren't sure about a new flavor you can taste it for free! They have great deals and you are always going to live with a smile on your face! If you don't believe me, I dare you to :o and give it a try!😊

I am an ice cream aholic so when I say an icecream or frozen cusstard shop is good it's GREAT. Very polite staff who are always very kind and quick to serve. They also always have every flavor they serve in stock when I come in which is every weekend. Definitely highly recommended. A++

Very, very poor service. I ordered a two scoop Sunday and a double scoop. The same order as two days prior. I received two single scoops, and the employee says I got “kid” scoops. Seriously? Her response to me saying I wasn’t going to give them my business anymore was “That’s fine.” What wonderful customer service!

Great prices for amazing tasting ice cream! I recommend the strawberry ice cream in a regular waffle cone.

I caught one of the employees scooping my ice cream WITHOUT GLOVES ON. We're still in the middle of a pandemic. I also have an auto immune disease. I asked her (Gayle) to please throw it away and use gloves. There was obvious attitude because of my request. I called the store and spoke to Kathy, the DISTRICT MANAGER. She was rude, dismissive and couldn't wait to get me off of the phone. I ended up calling corporate and reporting this incident. Keep an eye on who's handling your food at this location.

I haven't eaten here yet so figured I'd give it a try since I love Ice Cream. I had a waffle cone with 2 scoops ( pistachio almond and chocolate) and as expected the ice cream melody was to die for. The service was fast but the 2 ladies working seemed to be drained of personality or maybe just had a busy days. Still overall the experience took me back in time to a simpler more delicious time.

The lady that made my shake and my wife's cone was friendly and nice and all, but the young lady that did not wear a hat kept messing with her hair, scratchin her arms and messin with her face, and DID NOT wash her hands before helping the customers behind us. I worked in the food industry all through college and i do believe that you are supposed to wash your hands!!!
Yes, i paid and we left, and we will not be going back.
