Via Baci

We had the absolute luck to end up at Via Baci this weekend and it should not be missed for a few reasons; they create an amazing pizza to start with, the toppings are fresh and the cheese is gooey. The sauce is punchy and flavorful but not overloaded on the pizza, and all the meats were salty and delicious. We also got the mussels for an app and I would highly recommend those as well, my only complaint about the mussels was that it could use more bread to dip into the decadent garlic broth they were served in. Overall a great place for a unique pizza that also offered amazing appetizers, and tasty cocktails to boot, with great customer service rounding out our visit.

Honestly underwhelming for the price. Pizza dough wasn't crispy but the sauce was good. Loved the scratch made mozzarella. Strongly advise not getting the cheese bread, it's all cheese and soggy thin slices of bread. The chicken Parm, was crispy and cooked perfectly but the sauce was so oily, I didn't eat the two pieces of bread that came with it so that I could use it to soak up as much oil. Even used pizza crust scraps to soak up oil. And when getting a to-go box, I used two forks to transfer the pasta over so the oil would drip off and not transfer to the box.

This is a hidden gem among dining options in Lone Tree. The locals want to keep it a secret, however, I want to share it with the world! It's quite simple and unassuming, and while it looks like a fast food option, it's not. The focus here is definitely on the food, and wow, do they do it right! While the pizza is highly popular here, you can find good pizza in many places. What really stands out are the pasta dishes. The Chef has his own take on the chicken piccata, to which he adds vegetables, and goes easy on the butter, making this a lighter yet still delicious variation from the typical. My wife enjoyed the eggplant parmigiana, and found it to be the best she has EVER experienced. Now some may find this to be a boring dish, however, Via Baci prepares it like no other. We were attended by Rita, a 40 year food service veteran, whose dedication to the customer experience is remarkable. One of my all-time favorite local restaurants! Been loyal customer for about a decade! Simply one of the best authentic Italian food you can find locally in the Denver metro area! If you're looking for amazing value, outstanding quality of food, hearty portions, exceptional service, and a fantastic drink menu look no further! A+ 5 out of 5 stars!

My wife and I travel all over the country, especially when the snowbirds have left the neighborhood. That's important to know because we have eaten in all corners of our country and this may have been one the best restaurants we have ever eaten at. Food was outstanding, service cannot be topped and the fellow patrons (all local) we over the top friendly. This will always be a stop the next time we are in Lone Tree. Well done to all the staff.

My fiancé and I went to Via Baci on a whim after he picked me up from a half day of work. The weather was lovely so we sat outside on the patio which was really nice. The service and staff is incredible and very attentive. The food was also so delicious! We got the bruschetta for a starter and my fiancé got one of the pizzas and I got their salmon pesto special (I attached photos of the bruschetta and salmon dish - sorry for the poor lighting we were sitting under the teal umbrellas). Honestly the only thing keeping this place from 5 stars is the price. Considering it’s across the street from Target and neighbors with a Supercuts I was not expecting to spending over $20 on each of our dishes. But honestly I’d still go again because the food was so delicious and their cocktail menu looked amazing as well so we both hope to go back to try some of those out.

Via Baci is one of my favorite pizza spots! I don’t get anything too fancy, just their pepperoni and I add on artichokes! The crust & dough are thin and really close to tasting like NYC pizza dough. Their sauce is DELICIOUS! It has chunks of tomato and some garlic in it. They use good quality cheese and the pepperonis crisp up super nice! The other items that I always order are the adult Mac & Cheese, the herb bread, the wood fired mussels (OMG SO GOOD), and their caprese salad. I have never had a bad meal here and this will continue to be one of my favorite go-to’s!
