This was such a great place for kids for their birthdays. The staff were so nice and helpful. It was very well organized. Isaiah, at the ticket counter was the sweetest of all. He was so nice to our little grandkids and really helped us out. What a great employee he is. Thank you, Isaiah! We will definitely come back here next time we are in the area. 🍕🥤 🍕 They offer a salad bar and gluten free options as well.

LONE TREE COLORADO LOCATION: The majority of the games are broken, or not functioning properly. None of the staff seem to care, they just go through the motions until the shift is over…On this visit they ran out of cheese for pizzas, and the soda machines are broken. I don’t know why they bother opening the doors………

It had been awhile since we visited this location. The remodel looks great and much nicer and cleaner. Some of the machines were not working due to being open during construction, but still plenty of games for the kids to have a great time. Greg was incredibly kind and very understanding. Greg provided a phenomenal customer experience and his genuine kindness went a long way with our family. Thank you, we will visit more often.

The staff was fantastic and super friendly. When we went it was packed and the staff was short staffed but they pushed through the best they can with a positive attitude.
Only issue is that a bunch of stuff was broken or out of order so kind of a let down but my daughter had so that is what matters.

Isaiah took care of us today and his service was incredible. He was so kind and patient with my kids and myself. He made sure we had everything we needed. He conducted himself like a manager would who wants to give kids the best experience possible. If he isn't a manager he should be. Amazing service and the kids had a blast as always. Great for a snowy day to play inside.

This is a great place for the kids. It was a nice surprise for our two kids to spend one hour in. The staff were very friendly and accommodating; however, my only con are the games. Many were out of order or not working properly. Since we went during a busy hour, we would have appreciated most, if not all, games working properly. We did have to wait a few times for our kids to play on a machine; however, I do have to give credit for the staff.

Had THE BEST experience today thanks to Jordan and James! They both went out of their way to make sure my kids (and us!) had a fantastic time. We will be back to this location because of them! Gregory was super friendly and great with the kiddos. Thanks you guys for making this a place we actually want to come back to!! Keep doing what you are doing!

We went for my son's birthday (7-7-22). Staff was nice. Some of the games didn't work, and the cards weren't working correctly. This is understandable, but having the place open during renovation isn't understandable. Especially redoing the bathrooms. The men's room was torn apart and closed. Everyone in the building was expected to use the women's room. Men, women, boys, girls and staff. I don't know who made the decision to do this, but it unacceptable at a children's party place.
