I was very disappointed with their new hamburgers that they have out with the prime rib doesn't look nothing like what the commercial showed there was barely anything on it especially for the price that they charge for it

Got an Oreo shake, and a large machine ice water. THEY CHARGED ME $3.09 FOR A MACHINE ICE WATER. Never told me that I’d be charged for it when I was ordering. Keep in mind, the shake itself was $4.19- how are you going to charge for a water for practically the Same price. Also, terrible service.

I was only 3rd in line. The first car at the window was taking forever! Waited 10 mins just for their order! By the time I got my food I had been in line almost 20 mins! If I had an emergency or if I was in a hurry, I couldn't get out of line cause you are blocked in by curbs! I seriously would've left if I could've!! Got no greeting when I finally got to the window either!! I could've gone to restaurant waited the same and got better food! Plus at least a greeting!!
