Kfc

The girls closed the store with no signs or postage so we went thru the drive thru and they ended up parking us for 10 minutes for fries and the girls are outside making tik tok videos. We are just watching them play while we've been out here for about 10 minutes waiting for 1 order of fries. Where's the accountability? Whose in charge of this place? *EDIT; came back to express how after being parked for 10 mins for fresh fries we got our order and everything was cold. The "fresh fries" we were parked for were cold! I went back thru the drive thru because again they closed the main lobby, and told them the fries were cold so they handed us a bag of warm fries. My sandwich was also made wrong. I asked for no pickles because I'm allergic and it had 4 pickles on it. A waste of time and money. KFC really needs to train their employees better.

Poor poor poor service. I went thru drive-thru placed order get to window. She gives me pay of my order and explains to me in 5 mins rest be ready. Special bring it out. So i notice 2 more cars also get asked tobpark like me. I wait. N wait n wait. They felt there's ( the other 2 cars) anyway after 20 mins I call into the store and they have no idea what I have she cant figure it out. Sobi explain and she says wait 5 mins. She will have i bout I explain to her thoughts that the chicken I have in the car is now cold and I don't understand what's going on but I am now fursterated n want me money bk and go elsewhere to eat. She says she cant do that and actually 17 mins later I get rest of my order. l had to come hm n warm chicken up in oven I was really inconvienced whole reason we decided to get takeout was to not have to do all that tonight. I will never go bk yo this kfc

Drove into Lompoc to eat and elected to go to KFC. Open sign in window and hours posted on door. Attempted to enter and could see employees sitting in dining room. All doors were locked despite it only being 743 pm. Called the phone number and no answer. On last attempt someone finally answered -after 7 tries. Was told they close the lobby frequently and will not be open any longer. Told I have a larger truck and cannot go through drive thru. This is the 4th time this has happened Need to hire more people. While sitting here typing this there have been 3 families that could not enter and numerous individuals that were unable to be serviced. KFC is not about service at all. Avoid this KFC at all costs. It’s just a waste of time to go here!!
