We love KFC .... great for one or a crowd. You can order ahead in app (which is very easy) and get enough to cater a gathering . We have always found their employees to be great. Will definitely eat there again and would recommend

Order went in at 723pm and didnt get the food until 758pm. Also, place was a mess stuff every. No straws. People around us upset about the wait also.

Awful service and messed my meal up three times, refused to remake it. always a long wait and their employees are just down right disgusting.

The customer service and food availability is unbelievable. We usually get KFC at this location weekly and the last 2 weeks have been very disappointing. I visited between 530pm - 7PM and there was no big crowd. I will gladly walk next door to Bob Evans.

Gentleman at the register was friendly (Elijah, if I recall correctly) and the food was in fact tasty.. That being said operations are a trainwreck. Waited over half an hour for 2 sandwiches and some popcorn chicken. There was a constant stream of folks coming inside from drive-thru waiting upset about their wait time. There seemed to be no managerial support or labor support coming from the MOD/GM. Everyone seemed... lost... when it came to remediation. I do not have a long track record with food service, but I did put in my time when I was younger. There is either a lack of guidance or a lack of training at that facility. If wait times are between 30 minutes and an hour that should be CLEARLY stated to ordering customers. I hope that they get their problems worked out. I fear if they do not it will lead to closure.

Chicken is always over done here. When I complained the manager said all of our chicken looks like that. Refund please.

Prices are outrageous in my opinion. Food is ok but used to be better.
