Gentleman at the register was friendly (Elijah, if I recall correctly) and the food was in fact tasty.. That being said operations are a trainwreck. Waited over half an hour for 2 sandwiches and some popcorn chicken. There was a constant stream of folks coming inside from drive-thru waiting upset about their wait time. There seemed to be no managerial support or labor support coming from the MOD/GM. Everyone seemed... lost... when it came to remediation. I do not have a long track record with food service, but I did put in my time when I was younger. There is either a lack of guidance or a lack of training at that facility. If wait times are between 30 minutes and an hour that should be CLEARLY stated to ordering customers. I hope that they get their problems worked out. I fear if they do not it will lead to closure.
