I just ordered a gyro after waiting in the drive thru lane for 40 minutes. The sandwich wasn’t the correct meat and then they didn’t wrap it correctly, I go to wrap it and all the sauce ended up all over my clothes. What a joke. Plus the person that took the order didn’t listen when giving the order and I had to give it multiple times. Arby’s owes me an apology and a new shirt as this one’s ruined. I was a long time customer but not any longer.

I dropping this to one star, because for the 4th time in recent memory I ordered from the drive through and I wasn't given my full order. I've gotten into the habit of checking when I go. This time after I told the employee I was missing a few things, he hurried back and handed me a 2nd bag which still didn't have the rest of my order. After checking and asking for the rest I was finally given a 3rd bag with the rest of the order. (minus the sauce the meal come with)
The food here is a little pricey, but it does taste great every time.

The drive thru is always packed and the wait is always long they didn't have chicken salad that I wanted prices are sky high they give you large portions and the food is usually pretty good the staff is usually friendly

The employees was siting on the counter where I received my food. They were loud and unprofessional .my food tasted old. It will be a long time before I will try it again if ever.

We waited 20 minutes in the drive through. I'm not completely sure what the issue was. Thankfully the food was still warm when we got it. Everything we ordered was good. That's the only reason I gave it 3 stars. I'm glad they at least had the buffalo tenders, that helped 😂

Under rated. Consistent, clean, delicious. The rueben is good. The gyro is good. My coworkers like it. All good. The 2 for $6 chicken sandwich deal is great. Their curly fries are chronic hot, they are even good COLD. 👍
