Arby's

I just ordered a gyro after waiting in the drive thru lane for 40 minutes. The sandwich wasn’t the correct meat and then they didn’t wrap it correctly, I go to wrap it and all the sauce ended up all over my clothes. What a joke. Plus the person that took the order didn’t listen when giving the order and I had to give it multiple times. Arby’s owes me an apology and a new shirt as this one’s ruined. I was a long time customer but not any longer.

I dropping this to one star, because for the 4th time in recent memory I ordered from the drive through and I wasn't given my full order. I've gotten into the habit of checking when I go. This time after I told the employee I was missing a few things, he hurried back and handed me a 2nd bag which still didn't have the rest of my order. After checking and asking for the rest I was finally given a 3rd bag with the rest of the order. (minus the sauce the meal come with) The food here is a little pricey, but it does taste great every time.
