Patz Deli

Located in the lobby of the Brady Sullivan Building, this small sandwich 🥪 shoppe, with indoor seating, serves breakfast and lunch sandwiches with beverages and soup 🍲. I ordered the Patz Melt, Angus burger on rye bread with brown sugar caramelized onions and garlic 🧄 pepper Aioli. It was good, but, very greasy. Friendly service and they were able to process my Restaurant.com certificate. If you can't find a parking 🅿️ space on Elm Street, which really isn't a Nightmare, there is parking 🅿️ around the back. Update: Monday lunchtime, April 2022; "Bombed" Chicken and Cheese 🧀 sub on a toasted roll. "Bombed" with grilled mushrooms and peppers. Very good! The salad 🥗 bar is open. I recommend a visit!

I ordered a Patz melt by phone and it was ready when I arrived. I took it home to enjoy and 30 minutes later it was still hot. Perfectly wrapped with the best pickle. I loved the Patz melt. Different flavors all working together for an amazing experience. Pat and his assistant are always friendly and I encourage everyone to visit this establishment soon. You won’t be disappointed.

Love the food here! Great price and friendly service too! I'm a huge fan of getting my breakfast down there, I recommend a Prosciutto, Egg & Cheese personally. My fiancée loves to get lunch here too(she's a big fan of the chicken salad). Either way, if you're in the mood for breakfast or lunch and your downtown, Patz is definitely a place you'll want to stop by.

So the food at Patz is definitely great (just thinking about their Thanksgiving sandwich is making my mouth water). But what keeps me coming back is the service and attention they give their customers. I'd be hard-pressed to think of a more welcoming place. When you come to Patz, you're treated as a friend, and it honestly makes my day. Cannot recommend more highly.
