Food is good here except the French onion soup. It is pretty sketchy. Had a great sandwhich though.

Food was great per usual, curbside pick up could have been a little more attentive. Clicked here twice for order, waited 10 mins, went in and grab my own order and left. Defeated the purpose of curbside pickup.

It means a lot that I am writing these comments because I understand we’re all human and make mistakes, or that customers just catches a business on an off day. However, every time my mom or I order here we’re disappointed. Food takes forever to come out, it's all wrong, and even though we're understanding about the first two things because all my family members have worked in restaurants at some point , I don't understand the rudeness from some of the employees. we spend a decent amount of money here, half a slice of an avocado on a sandwich isn't worth it.

We arrived around 7pm for the drive through and you couldn't even see the board with the menu. No lights. We were not asked if we were members and when we got to the window and presented our card we were told it had already been rung up and they could not put it on our rewards. We visited a Panera bread earlier in the day in Newnan, Georgia and had excellent service.

Every single time I order for delivery something is left off of my order! I will even leave notes or reminders to remember something and it is still forgotten. I try to call to correct it and they can never help, if they even answer the phone which most times is not working.

First time ordering here they served us raw/pink chicken in a to-go salad. Also had forgot two items we ordered, so we went back and thought they placed both items in the bag (but they only put drink in there), was all the way home at that point so completely missed one of our items and couldn't eat the other - no refund. Not a good first experience.

4.5 stars, really. Didn't get the side right. Didn't know mayo was on the sandwich! Other than those, classic Panera. Fresh, good tasting food in a clean, quiet place!
