Kfc

I'm old and i remember KFC when ... and have been so disappointed with them often in the last 10 years or so. That being said this location seems busy enough to be fresh and yummy. So far have eaten here 4x or so and its hot and pretty fresh. The fries have been hot, crispy and tasty and the biscuits not cold and dry but really good, like hard to eat 1/2 good. Now in the " old " days the mashed potatoes were great, the gravy was so less canned and the wings weren't broken and small but i digress... try this location, i can vouch for the Original recipe and fries for sure.

Did a mobile order and of course find out after a 20 minute drive home I didn't get all the food I ordered and paid for. Took the girls word that everything was in the bags, won't ever trust this place again. Thanks for the waste of time and gas for cold tenders that were sitting there the whole time....I thought you might of made fresh ones but that would of made too much sense.

They got my whole order wrong and refused to give me a refund until i made another visit. Employees swore at me saying what the hell when i told the manager that no one asked me for my card just my receipt for the refund. Luckily i had it so i gave it. Professionalism is down the chute. And as i went in i saw they dont wear masks to make your food (see photo). We are still in a pandemic!!

Went to pick up a door dash order and someone had stolen the food because they do not verify with drivers before giving out orders, but instead let delivery orders sit in the cold doorway unmoniterd. They refused to re-make the order and essentially stole my customers money. Employees are unprofessional and rude, they do not wear gloves, masks or adhear to any COVID regulations.
