Stood in line for 40 minutes. When I finally got inside the store, we found out that there were only 2 employees on shift. They had about 10 online orders taped in front of them, and they were both doing only online orders. I even asked out loud, can you please help us? We are here in front of you. We only have an hour for lunch and we would like to get food too. The female employee stated, "Yeah I know your there," and proceeded to prep another online order. We walked out...

My kids love olives so we asked for extra olives and the lady says" you better eat it all I don't want to see it in the trash!" N the guy that checked us out throw the money and say "they told all the money!" There manager need to help them with customer service.

One lady making the sandwiches was very rude...like I never been to subway to order a slider sandwich...tells me that's all you get on a slider...my response was I know and she replies I'm just telling you...they need to have better customer service

Its ridiculous I couldn't get veggies on my bbq rib sandwich! I end up changing my order. I think its more costly to waste meat than adding veggies to a sandwich. Smh
