Golden Corral

This has got to be the worst golden corral I have ever been to. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and so was the food. I took one bite into a chicken leg and it wasn't even close to being thoroughly cooked. They're chicken fried steak was also not fully cooked through. Overall this golden corral was a terrible experience

Awful experience, the food was cold, the restroom was disgusting. I understand they have plastic blue gloves near the plates you’d get, but wouldn’t you think Golden Corral would be able to maintain a clean environment? The restrooms had no soap, there was a closet behind the sinks that was open and literally was filty, looked like it had mold in the corners🤢 I told there employee that they were out of soap in the restroom and the place was a mess. Took about 45 minutes for them to get soap, and the place was still trashy. The food was disgusting that I just left. The food was cold and the fries were literally hard.

Went for a quick family meal. The food offerings left a lot to be desired. The carved ham was cold. Hush puppies were overly crisp. The dessert bar had very little to choose from. The ice cream machine has been broken for literally months. The server we had is another story in itself! He was disorganized and maybe overwhelmed? Have never seen anything like it.

Staff has no proper customer service skills. Had to clean our own table because 3 areas of the restaurant were closed off. Cook did not want to cut me a piece of medium rare steak I asked for... After getting a cut, which was cooked most of the way through, the cook rudely responded with "it is what it is" after I said I paid my fee to get the kind of cut I would like. We have had dinners here before and a lot has changed. Not what it used to be.

Management yells at staff in public. Undermind the staff in public and just to lazy to help the cooks. They run in your way and don't look where their going. Maybe its time to call corporate and get a certified restaurant manager in the building and change things around. But the staff besides management was great. They try their best with very few staff they have. The grill cook Gabriel is excellent at his job. I ask for medium well, I got medium Well. Please replace these non certified managers ASAP.

Our waitress was super rude to us once we walked in. We needed more tables for my family and I but she just walked off toward another table to talk to other customers/regulars? I politely asked her nicely we needed some tables wiped, but she replied how many are you anyway? She wanted us to sit our kids the next table over with a total stranger.
