Subway

My coldcut sub was fresh and prepared exactly like requested. This property has not been remodeled like some others have that included new more comfortable booths and modern colors. The music they played was too loud and was mostly commercials. Outside appearance also poor, overgrown weeds, trash and some huge potholes in the entrance to the parking.

Not what I expected, I ordered a footlong steak&cheese expecting it to be hot but go figure it was ice cold and I dont mean just cool down cold I really mean refrigerate cold. Not happy with that but what can you expect from subway they really are not set up right to do a true steak & cheese on a grill with piping hot melted cheese then flipped into a toasted sub. Now thats a real S&C sub. But i knew I wasn't going to get all that but i did expect it to be hot JS.

We ordered on the app. on the phone and when we got there they said they did not do the app ordering over the phone in Claxton, Ga. Looked at my bank statement two days later and was charged once on the app. and once at the store. The total was about $22.00 × 2. But I'm going to give them a call Tuesday when I get back in town and tell them about it and I'll also have proof to show them it did happen. Hopefully they will make one of my purchases good that is charged on my account, if not then I will take it to higher othority. Will be checking in later this week.

Personnel seemed nice and considerate and did the best they could to keep the flies off the food. But mnagement needs to to a better job about this. Subway is known for being the cleanest of fast food places not clean food with a few flies landing on it here and their it grossed me out and everyone else as well. likely why everyone wanted their subs toasted. Only subway i have ever seen with flies everywhere!!!!!
